Projection
Adjacent to this property, I am in negotiations with the owner of 800 M2 of land adjacent to my property. Likewise, these 800 M2 have adjoining with their respective 400 M2 of Federal Maritime Zone and 20 linear meters adjoining the Pacific Ocean. The above, if the operation is closed, would add up to 3,800 M2 of surface area adjoining the Pacific Ocean. On the other hand, they are offering me 560 M2 + their respective 280 M2 of Federal Maritime Zone which add up to approximately 840 M2 adjoining the Pacific Ocean, with 14 linear meters of adjoining the sea. The reason for the offer is an economic need of the land owner due to health problems.
Conclusion
Initially it was a project to acquire a 1,780 m2 plot, which has already been done, but in the last 3 years, since I was there and together with the person in charge of the care and maintenance of the area, we have been presented with (and will continue to be presented with) possibilities of additions, various offers of plots, as well as the recognition of the neighborhood group of the area, which offers us the opportunity to receive offers from neighbors since several of them are elderly and/or they have the interest or need to offer other lands in the area. I consider the above to be very important for investing in the medium term and developing or simply for its future regularization and subsequent commercialization.
The latter is what I consider most attractive to start with an investment, not very large, but at the same time be in search of opportunities for properties bordering the Pacific Ocean, as they appear.
Whales
Whales come to the waters of the Bay of Compostela during the winter to take shelter from the cold and give birth in a calm environment. Many of them choose the seas of the Bay to raise their young and teach them to survive in the sea.
