History

For over 6 years traveling from Guadalajara to Punta Mita, I was curious to venture into the seemingly sparsely populated beaches north of the small town of La Peñita de Jaltemba in Nayarit.

From the moment I walked in I knew that this would be my next destination to start a project that I am very excited about.

Privileged Zone

The area where the land is located is perfect for being away from the hustle and bustle of people, but at the same time close to all the necessary services to spend days, weeks or months away from the hustle and bustle of the city and perfectly connected in case it is required. This is regardless of the fact that there is an estuary that separates the beach from the urbanization of the town. It is located less than two hours from Guadalajara by car and just 3 kilometers from the extra luxury developments such as Nauka and Siari . To the south, approximately 10 kilometers away, is also the renowned Mandarina resort.

Property

I currently hold communal possession of a 1,780 square meter plot of land plus 800 square meters of federal zone concession in my favor, which results in a total surface area of 2,580 square meters with 40 linear meters bordering the Pacific Ocean. This property has a 50-year authorization from SEMARNAT to build a trailer park with all the necessary facilities. With the same project characteristics, it is possible to choose to build a beach club with its pool, bathrooms and facilities included as well. After carrying out the regularization process, the property acquires a capital gain of 200% to 300% of the minimum value, which makes it a very interesting investment.
